FAQ- If you have any questions about Lilly’s bespoke blinds,the FAQ’s may be of assistance. If not, contact our dedicated customer service team as they will be happy to answer any queries.


Pricing and payment-

All our blinds are made to measure therefore we cannot provide you with an accurate quotation over the phone. However, if you book an appointment with one of our advisors, they will come and measure up, and will be able to provide you with a quote.  The average appointment times will vary from 30 mins to 60 mins depending on what you require.

A deposit of up to 50% will be required when you place your order before we commence to manufacture your order.


Fitting and installation

Your blinds will be ready between 7-14 working days once the order has been placed. Your advisor will arrange a time and date to fit your blinds when you place your order.

This depend on the order and the types of blinds you have placed the sales will be able to inform you at the of your appointment.

You can rearrange the fitting by contacting our customer service team and there is no cost to rearrange.


Appointments

We will get one of our advisors to arrange a visit at a time that is suitable for you. It may takeup to five working days for one of our advisors to visit you once an appointment has been made.

Complete your details on our online form and we will be in touch and arrange a time convenient to you.

An average appointment will last from 30 mins to 60 mins depending upon the type and number of products required.

You will receive a call on the day with the time the advisor will come.

Lilly’s appointments are FREE and there will be no extra cost added to the purchase of your products.

You can book what ever time that is available to suit your availability.
